Business Intelligence (BI) is a collection of tools, technologies, and practices that include the entire process collecting, processing, analyzing qualitative information, to help entrepreneurs better understand their business marketplace. Every day, social networks expand at faster rate pace, which sees them as source Big Data. Therefore, BI developed in same way on VoC (Voice Customer) expressed media data for company decision-makers, who desire have clear perception customers’ behaviour. In this article, we present comparative study between traditional BI, then examine an approach intelligence.
